SHIPPING AND HANDLING:

Please Note: All BEAUTYband® orders are processed one business day after the order is placed, excluding holidays and weekends.

*Rate cost varies depending on location. Rates do not apply for Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will only be sent through 2nd Day Shipping for an additional fee, respectively.
Shipments to Puerto Rico will only be sent through International Economy Shipping for an additional fee.

Shipping Destination
We currently ship to the United States only. We are unable to ship to international destinations, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands, hotel addresses, and APO/FPO addresses.

Sales Tax
We are required by law to apply sales tax to orders (including shipping & handling) for the following states: CA and NJ.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

Damaged Product:
If your package is damaged by the carrier during shipment, save the original packaging and the merchandise and notify us immediately at support@BEAUTYband.com.

Please include your order number for expedited service.

Product Satisfaction & Guarantee:
We want every customer to be thrilled with their new BEAUTYband® products.  We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee.  Therefore, if for any reason you are not happy with your BEAUTYband®, please contact support@beautyband.com and we will send you a new one.

If you do not want to exchange the product, simply ship it back to us up to 30 days from date of purchase (return shipping is not included), and we will provide a full refund of your product price and taxes (shipping is not refundable).

Only items purchased on https://theoriginalBEAUTYband.com may be accepted for return or exchange. We will not accept any merchandise purchased from a store or any other vendor.
Only the price of the item(s) purchased will be refunded.
